These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of LazyCash, including the website at lazycash.app, related subdomains, and the LazyCash mobile application (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by the owner and operator of LazyCash (“we”, “us”, “our”).
On Google Play, the Android app is published under the developer name Silverfun Games. That name is only a Google Play Console developer account label—it is not a registered company or separate legal entity.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use reward and survey platforms, if higher) to use LazyCash. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the Service where it is prohibited by law.
You may maintain only one account per person. We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive.
LazyCash allows users to earn virtual coins by completing offers such as surveys, app installs, games, and other tasks provided through third-party partners. Coins may be redeemed for rewards such as PayPal payouts, cryptocurrency, or gift cards, subject to availability, minimum thresholds, verification, and these Terms.
Coins have no cash value until successfully redeemed under our rules. We do not guarantee that any offer will credit coins, that redemption options will always be available, or that processing times will meet any particular deadline.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may use email/password sign-in, Google sign-in (via Firebase Authentication), and technical measures such as reCAPTCHA to protect the Service. You agree not to share your account or attempt to access another user’s account.
Most earning opportunities are delivered through third-party offerwalls and partners, including BitLabs, CPX Research, Revlum, Notik, and Timewall. When you use those features, your user identifier and, where required by the partner, information such as your name or email may be shared with that partner so offers can be tracked and credited.
Completion and payment of rewards depend on the partner’s rules and verification. We are not responsible for partner outages, rejected conversions, delayed credits, or disputes between you and a partner. Each partner’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of their offers.
We may also offer daily bonuses, missions, streaks, leaderboards, and referral rewards. Rules, amounts, and eligibility may change at any time.
To request a payout, you must select an available reward method, provide accurate payout details (for example PayPal email or wallet address), and have sufficient coins for the chosen tier.
Unless we approve an exception, you must have completed at least one qualifying offer from an approved partner network (BitLabs, Notik, Revlum, CPX Research, or Timewall) within the last 30 days before submitting a withdrawal request.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually or through our systems. Processing times vary. Marketing language such as “instant” describes our goal, not a guaranteed timeframe. We may refuse, delay, or reverse redemptions if we suspect fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or incorrect payout details.
You are solely responsible for fees, taxes, or losses arising from incorrect payout information or restrictions in your jurisdiction.
If referral features are available, you may invite others using your referral link or code. Referral rewards are subject to our rules, anti-fraud checks, and may be withheld or reversed if we detect abuse (including self-referrals, fake accounts, or incentive spam). We may modify or end referral programs at any time.

The Service, including software, design, logos, and content (except third-party partner content), is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or content linked from the Service.
If you use the LazyCash Android app from Google Play, you must also comply with Google Play’s terms. We may release updates; some features require an internet connection and a compatible device. Rooting or jailbreaking may affect security and functionality. We are not liable for device, carrier, or battery issues that prevent use of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may change the Service, coin values, reward options, partner integrations, or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
